Durham Kitchen Connection is looking for Duke students to join their team!
Durham Kitchen Connection is a student-run culinary training program that prepares Durham youth with significant barriers to employment for job opportunities in the local restaurant industry. By partnering with local businesses and community organizations, we have successfully implemented two iterations of a two week culinary and life skills training program in the past year.
We are hoping to build on these successes and are looking for Duke students with a passion for food, social justice, social entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment to join our executive team in planning for the future. No prior experience is required, anyone is welcome!
