v The Ash Center at Harvard Kennedy School recently launched a Technology and Democracy Fellowship – which welcomes mid-career practitioners with an interest in leveraging technology to improve democratic governance. Over the course of the fellowship, participants design, develop, or refine a substantive project that is salient to their field. This project could entail research, writing, and developing strategy relating to each fellow’s work, or could take the form of a new platform, service, app, or idea. These fellowships are unpaid and non-resident, so Fellows are not expected to reside or work locally. Learn more here:

v The New Politics Leadership Academy is thrilled to announce the launch of our next round of Answering the Call – its proven program focused on recruiting servant leaders to become more politically engaged. It’s not a traditional training or a motivational seminar; rather, it’s a four-session small-group reflective learning journey in which participants are invited to achieve clarity within themselves about whether they feel called to pursue public office. NP’s Spring Cohort will run from mid-April through mid-May. To learn more about the experience, check out this Huffington Post blog, Glimpsing a Politics That Works.

** If you are a servant leader who is grappling with the question of whether you feel called to seek political office, click here to apply.

** If you are a skilled and experienced facilitator who is interested in becoming an Answering the Call facilitator, click here.

Their campaign aims to make a big splash (pun intended!) and capture the opportunity around Chasing Coral’s worldwide release on Netflix.
